By asking you a series of questions we will establish what you are looking for. My goal is to not waste your time by looking at properties or luxury homes that are not in your price range or homes that don't meet you needs. Throughout the buying process I will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests. Help You Get Pre-Approved This step will show you the amount of money a lender is willing to provide you. Once you know the maximum that you are capable of borrowing, you can decide how much you choose to commit to your home purchase. Being pre-approved shows the Seller that you are a serious player, and it strengthens your bargaining position. My high net clients and investors who have liquid cash are exempt from this process. Home Shopping I will use every available method to locate a property that matches your search parameters. This will include properties listed with my office, offered through other real estate companies, properties offered through my personal network or investors, athletes, & entertainers, as well as unlisted properties not available to the public.
